With so many classical images of the bridges in Bucks County this piece is a little more of an ephemeral image. It’s more of a fleeting moment in time: sunset or sunrise, passing by walking or driving. I moment in time captured taken almost from a dream. There is detail but with the use of encaustic it masks and blends/bleeds into the colors while adding its own textured elements.
