I am a Jersey girl who moved out to western New Jersey in the 1980’s. I painted quite a bit in those years but took a break when my babies were little. As they got older, I started painting the beauty of Hunterdon, Bucks, and Warren County. I painted in oils mostly, drawn to local landscapes and old buildings. I tried pastels a few years ago and was hooked! This pastel painting is called “Olivia’s Lookout”. It is a beautiful place that is incredible in the fall, with colorful trees and deep blue lakes.
