Six area artists have had paintings accepted in the Philadelphia Sketch Club’s annual Small Oils Exhibition. Matt DeProspero, Lisa Domenic, Janine Dunn Wade, Jas Sziegel and Gene Underwood and Michael Weinert. Kate McCammon, a noted Philadelphia-based mixed media artist, was the juror.
The Small Oils Exhibition will run from September 7 until September 28. Admission is free when the gallery is open, on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 1pm until 5pm, and by appointment. There will be a reception on Sunday, September 14, from 1 pm until 3 pm.
In celebration of our one-year anniversary, Volta: Center for Writing Arts, is hosting two Open Houses on Wednesday and Thursday, September 10 and 11, from 12-1:30PM. We would love to have you join us, so please stop by.

Looking for Artwork!
Artists are welcome to submit artwork (up to three pieces each) to display. Submission cost is $20. Pieces will be sold at the show. The artist may choose not to sell their works if they so desire.
