It’s that time of year when the peonies will be popping up! I have many peony plants in my garden. My favorites are Japanese singles and “Bowl of Beauty” peonies. I painted “Peony Madness” a few years ago but I’ve only exhibited once before. I always have a large vase of fragrant peonies from May to June on my table.
This is an oil painting done with a pallet knife, one of my favorite ways to paint!
