Join the Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County as we celebrate Doylestown’s Book Festival with our bookish events at Freeman Hall at 181 West Court Street, Doylestown, during the weekend of September 24-26. On board are a variety of artists each employing books as the timely theme.
- Saturday, September 25 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. – Book signing. Authors will bring their books for sale and signing. Poets, novelists, and a book illustrator look forward to talking to you about their process.
Other Book Fest Events this weekend include:
- Friday, September 24 from 5-7 P.M. – joeyfivecents. Susan Forker brings her one-of -a-kind jewelry pieces to our community center. joeyfivecents jewelry features original vintage paper imagery & resin and a combination of mixed metals and unique vintage findings.
- Sunday, September 26 from 1-3 P.M. – Carta Books. Book artist Mindy Trost will demonstrate the art of bookbinding from raw materials to tools to finished product.
