I was greatly influenced by my art teachers to continue to college as an art major. After many years as a graphic artist and a jewelry designer, I’ve returned to my first love, painting.

The colors of the seasons inspire my palette. This beautiful Red Maple resides outside of my studio door. In was an early snow and the tree still had some pretty red leaves on some of the branches. The red leaves against the soft white snow were the inspiration for this painting.
