My name is Angela Pannone. I am a Bucks County, PA watercolor artist. Much of my creative inspiration is driven by the change of the seasons. When painting “Winter Descending” I was aware of the wonders of the earth and how she gives us her great beauty, but also her wrath. Hopefully in this painting I captured a moment of her peaceful innocence.
