SUMMARY:14th Annual Juried Show at Artists of Yardley
DESCRIPTION:A&C Member Jean Burdick is pleased to share that she has two prints in the upcoming exhibit at the Artists of Yardley gallery. Jean’s work was one of the 137 pieces accepted out of 430 submissions\, juried by the Senior Curator at Brandywine Museum of Art.  \nThe opening for the exhibit is Friday April 10 and runs through May 3; the exhibit is also viewable online.

DESCRIPTION:This exhibition showcases the works of adult and youth students completed in classes during 2021 as well as that of the talented AOY Faculty. Each student artists’ work tells a story of their art journey. Their students’ stories are of new beginnings\, of people who have discovered their artistic self\, of people who found a passion after concluding a career. \nThe public is invited to see the show Fridays\, Saturdays\, and Sundays from 12 to 5 pm\, Saturday\, February 5 through Sunday\, February 20. This is an in-person show only and\, for everyone’s safety\, AOY is providing Timed Entry admission. Admission is free but pre-registration is requested. DESCRIPTION:Artists of Yardley was founded in 2004. In 2010\, the organization incorporated as AOY Art Center. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the creative spirit of the community by educating and encouraging individuals to experience\, appreciate\, and share in the arts.\nTheir 9th Annual Juried Art Show is virtual and in-person.\nTimed reservations are required for the in-person reception on October 23 from 6-8 pm.\nTimed reservations are also required for the in-person exhibition. The gallery is open Fridays\, Saturdays\, and Sundays from noon to 5 pm beginning October 24.
