DESCRIPTION:OPEN COMPETITION\nJoin the Arts & Cultural Council of Bucks County and Highland Farm\nfor the Art of Oscar\, a unique celebration and competition. Artists are\ninvited to create works inspired by Oscar Hammerstein’s life\, his music\,\nhis service\, and his home\, and submit them for awards\, exhibition\, and\nsale at Highland Farm in May. \nELIGIBILITY\nThe Art of Oscar is open to all visual artists ages 16 and older.
