SUMMARY:4th Annual Bucks County Plein Air Festival
DESCRIPTION:Thirty nationally recognized artists from all over the United States will participate in the 4th Annual Bucks County Plein Air Festival to produce art from life (as opposed to in the studio). Artists will paint the rolling landscapes\, lakes and rivers\, covered bridges\, stone farm houses\, and historic estates of Bucks County that have inspired artists for more than a century. The Festival will take place from October 1-6\, 2019 with multiple events and painting locations. All work created in scenic and historic Bucks County will be on display and available for purchase online an in person. The juried show awards more than $15\,000 in prizes and culminates in two signature events\, a VIP Collector’s Preview & Pre-Sale Reception on Saturday\, October 5 and a public festival on Sunday\, October 6\, both located in the Historic Tyler Mansion at Bucks County Community College. This is a timed contest where artists will have 2 hours to complete an entire piece.
