SUMMARY:Opportunities for Artists at EBG
DESCRIPTION:We’re calling out to artists for our annual winter show.  This is the show where we fill the gallery with a whole lot of art spanning subject\, media\, technique\, and so much more.  This is the show that our customers will see as they shop for holiday presents.  It’s also where we meet new artists and get the opportunity to try new things.  Competition for space in our winter show gets steeper each year\, we can’t wait to see your submissions!  As always\, feel definitely share with your artist friends and art leagues/associations. \nClick here to apply! \nExhibition opportunity for artists in Montgomery & Bucks County: \n(Not an Exhibit B Gallery show\, just sharing) \n“Art in the Storefront” in Ambler PA is accepting artist requests to exhibit their artwork. The producers/curators of this project are Karen Kieser\, an Ambler sculptor and Mark Elliott\, owner of “No Bare Walls” Framing Studio. There is no fee to exhibit\, no commission for sales\, and the show lasts for approximately two months. As you can see\, this is a unique opportunity. SUMMARY:THE CREATIVE GENES EXHIBITION
DESCRIPTION:The Creative Genes Exhibition\nopening December 3\, 2025 at Hicks Art Center\nBucks County Community College is pleased to announce The Creative Genes\, an exhibition of historic and contemporary artworks and writing from personal collections\, the Moravian Archives\, the Petrucci Family Foundation Collection of African American Art.(PFFCAAA) and The Volta Center for Writing Arts. The exhibition will be on view from December 3\, 2025 to February 28\, 2026\, with an opening reception held on December 3 from 4 – 8 pm at Hicks Art Center Gallery. Volta Workshop Writers read at 5:30pm. \nThis exhibition presents 4 groups of genetically related artists from diverse backgrounds and narratives who all shared the experiences and exposures to positive environments which fostered creative growth. In addition\, writers participating in recent Volta Center’s workshops\, will reveal their thoughts of creative lineage in words. Visitors will have a rare opportunity to see these pieces\, which have been drawn from artist studios\, archives and collections specifically for this exhibition\, some of which have not been widely exhibited before.
